we have a jewel delta 300 that has been set up for about 2 years we do regular water changes and checks(all levels seem fine?) before the weekend the tanks stock was : 1 rummy nosed tetra,4 neon tetra, 3 clown loach,2 leopard corydora,4 albino corydora,1 albino chinese algae eater,1 algae eater 2 danios. we wanted some 'top feeders' so purchased 4 male guppies and 3 more rummy nosed tetra and a wood shrimp, within 2 days 2 guppies disappeared, the next day the shrimp was dead and today another guppy is missing( i would just like to point out we have had this problem in the past when we purchased guppies and we also seem to have the same problem with gourami!!!) the rummy nosed tetra we bought are fine!!! we can not figure out if the guppies are dying and then being eaten or just being eaten???? please help??

What would cause a horrible pain in my left side back towards my back?

I am a 14 year old female. About 4 or 5 days ago, I had these unbearable, killer pains in my left side, right under my rib cage. It would come every 45-60 seconds, and would last around 30-40 seconds. It is so bad that I cry and holler when the pains hit. It's almost impossible to breathe without feeling like I'm dying. It is so bad. Then after about 2 hours of this, when I was about to go to the hospital(I kept putting it off, hoping it would go away) it slowly went away, and I felt fine. During those pains, I had a migraine, and nausea. And after it went away, I didn't have anymore pains, except a few pains here and there, but nothing too serious. And today, it's 12:44 am, about 20 minutes ago, I started having these pains again. Except, it's not near my rib cage anymore. It's still on the left side, but it's back towards my back. The pain is about 2 inches below my rib cage, and it reaches all the way back to almost the lower middle back. It is constant, but it isn't too bad, yet. From 1-10, it's a 3-4. But this is what happened last time, also. It steadily got worse over a course of about 30 minutes. So, I'm really scared! My mom is in bed, but if it gets too bad, I'm gonna have to wake her up and go to the ER. But does anyone out there know what might would cause this? I don't believe it's cramps, I've had all kinds of cramps, and the pain and feeling is NOTHING like this. Also, I don't believe it is being "backed up" because I have had occasional diarrhea all last night and today. Well technically, the day before yesterday, and yesterday. But still, it's getting worse as I type. It doesn't hurt too bad to breathe, but it gets worse everytime I move a different way. I am currently on my bed, with my back against my headboard, and my legs stretched out on my bed, with 2 pillows behind my back. And my laptop in my lap. But it's getting worse, it's about a 5 now. feces test back and it showed no bug or virus or pestisites and my while cells are ok. So they did the test on my sample to check for any bugs that are causing my to have so much mucas and itchy backside all the time, and I have no virus, so the simple things have been ruled out, now the doctor will be looking for cancer. I have a lump in my the size of a marble and in the morning my sister will pick me up and take me there and from there I will be examined to see further regarding my lump and then I will be referd to a gastro-oligys so I can get a biposy to see if it is malignant. I will keep you guys posted on this. This morning I woke up feeling like I had the flu in which I do not as I am in Melbourne and it is summer here now. My next door neighbor said to me this morning that I looked more pale than I did last weekend. I need some Advise on my Husband?!?!?!?

OK my husband has Epilepsy and some other things but anyways. He has been having some seizers today and on Saturday and well he has been sleeping allot which is normal. But he only gets up for about an hour at a time. Now my husband also has been dealing with the Flue since Saturday, and well when he got up for his hour today. I'm really lonely a lot and it's been a while for me since i've had a date, it's been pretty much never that i've had a serious girlfriend and it's been a long time since i've had a casual girlfriend. I also don't always have people to hang out with all the time. I feel lonely sometimes because I'm really a great and interesting guy but so many people are missing out on me, and I'm going to waste. I have locked my keys in my Ford Falcon EL - Please Help!?

IMy car is in the backyard and Ithe keys are in the ignition. I found a Spare Ford key that I thought belonged to my car and tried it out on my car and accidently locked it, but the same key wont unlock it (my partner says that Ford EB-AU keys will do that on any other Falcon model - lock but not unlock) Anyway I have removed the seal at the bottom of the driver's side window and used a hooked wire and pulled at everything there is to pull but still no luck! Does anyone know any way to get in other than smashing a window and RAA (as these are to expensive) THANKS P.S I have central locking if that makes a difference!

Dash lights/Lights behind AC not working on 2003 Tahoe?

The lights typically turn on with the automatic headlights. Even turning the headlights on manually -- these lights do not come on. I am referring to the lights behind the cluster that illuminate when the headlights are on. The lights behind the AC unit are not illuminating either. Other lights on the cluster, such as the Seat Belt/Brights indicator are working properly. The 2WD/4WD LED indicator is not working. My tail lights are working fine -- which leads me to believe that it is not a fuse, since I have heard that these are on the same circuit. I can not find a fuse description that would address my problem. Does anyone have any idea what could be happening? Thanks!

I found an old coin in my attic. I think it's Mexican or Hispanic?

The coin is a dark grayish color with white residue around a lot of the coin so I don't really want to clean it. The man is looking towards my right on the coin. Reading from right to left. "DEL.GRATIA.1776.CAROLUS.III." and on the other side it says... ".HISPAN.ET IND (1ND or IND).REX.M(M has an O over it, mint? =o).R.F.M." It's a little bigger than a U.S half dollar. On the back it has a coat of arms or something, a shield rectanglish, with a crown on top, and two pillars next to it with two ribbons coming from the back and wrapping around the pillars, on the left saying I think "I'L S" on the right "RA" On the shield there is a lion with a crown, sort of like a griffin on the bottom left and top right square, and a Castle or some kind of fort on the bottom left and top right. Then it has a couple of dents on the ridges and is not really even, hand-crafted most likely, and there are a couple of tic-like circles around the edges above and around the words. Also the ridges are - (Then a square like outline with only four dots for corners and a "-" inside.) - [ - ] - [ - ] - and so on. And that's about it except for the weird symbol on the back, on the shield on the bottom between the two.

What temperature is the CHI flat iron set to?

It depends on the CHI flat iron you bought. They have different variables in the width if the plates. IT ranges from 240 degrees F to 350 degrees F. I couldn't find how wide the Blue Holiday Edition is :( but somewhere between there. I've used a CHI and they're alight but I dont like that it doesn't have a temperature control lol My hair doesn't need 350 degrees plates on it to be straightened. Only about 200 degrees. Not even. But it's nice that the plates are small. I have short hair and I bought a flat iron with 5 inch long plates and...they're kinda too long haha. But on consumer repots they reported that out of I think 10 flat irons, the CHI was number 9 out of ten. A book i dont know the title of?

I rembr I found this book in the junior section of my library and was fiction. The main character was a girl and there was also i think a black cat in the book too that had some significance. The book started off in the present time but then she went back into the time of the plague and found out what it was really like back then. It was kind of like a ghost story. The front cover of the book was scary lookin and was mostly blue and grayish with a picture of the streets during the plague and night with the dead cart going down the street in the haze. I read a book recently that I really enjoyed, and I'm a 24 year old woman. It was supposed to be a horror story about Christmas (Yearly Harvest), and it was marketed to the Young Adult audience, so I wasn't expecting much. To my surprise, it was surprisingly sophisticated. Very deep characters, and compelling solid drama, all with the backdrop of a creepy - yet realistic - town. And it's not GORY, but there is a scene where a mutilated body is shown, and one or two other parts where something nasty happens out of the character's sight, but they hear it. My question is - is that really Young Adult material? I mean no offense to anyone here, I typically don't read YA but this caught my attention and I was curious if it's the norm for such books. If so, I may read them a bit more. Especially this Twilight everyone is babbling about, lol. Thanks.

My best friend hates me. what do I do?

first time i met her, she was immedietly my best friend. We even got matching earrings after cl cause I guess we just loved each others company that much. Then we started inviting other people to our group, and that's when everything started getting funky. Sounds like who ever you got the car from tried to do some light engine modification. The things you said i have seen happen with them cheap computer chips you can buy to get more horsepower. Pop your hood and look for two electical plugs going into the block..one comes from the intake manifold and one comes from the radiator. These are sensors. {on my honda they are green} pull them off and make sure there is nothing in the connections (it would look like a little cylinder from a circut board or something... than make sure they are firmly plugged back in...than go through and check all the wire connections making sure everything is plugged in tightly. This is definatly electrical and probably an easy fix.. aslo look near your intake tube and check those plugs also...good luck man , a prelude is a beautiful car

We can prove, though that the Jews were great record keepers. We've found the empires, places, and technology found in various places the bible support. There are different things that are difficult to distinguish between the Dead Sea scrolls and the biblical canon...and even the NT canon which acknowledges places, people and events that exist...and some still exist today. There have been errors in text over the years. We cannot prove that the bible is the unfallible word of God, but we can admit that biblical archaelogy is legitimite study. In fact we've learned a lot from ancient Middle Eastern history, referencing things in the bible. Now, when you look at the book of mormon...Where is the genetic link between the native Americans and Israelite? Where are the names of the Jewish tribes mentioned in the Book of Mormon? Where are the swords, chariots, metal coins, and steel recorded in the Book of Mormon. Archaelolgy has found nothing. How about the cities mentioned in the book of Mormon? It's been theorized that the Aztecs, Incans, Myans etc. are those empires and civilizations....but the empires existed at different times than the Book of Mormon claims. Why is there no excavation at the Hill Comorrah, where the Book of Mormon claims there was a battle that 2 MILLION people died? I asked an Egyptian scholar about where "reformed Egyptian" writing was in Pre-Columbian America, written anywhere or on gold plates...He asked what I was talking about, and to know if it's true, we have to pray about it. Problem With 2005 Volvo V50 Turbo Temporarily Losing Power When Going 50mph or More?

I am uming that your independent mechanic checked for any diagnostic codes that should be stored in the cars computer (ECU). If he didn't, the next time it happens you should check the date and time and then those codes could be pulled to see what was happening at that time to cause your problem. Also, note whether you had your automatic climate control on. However, from the sound of it, you could have a number of issues. My guess would be a bad coil on one of your cylinders or a wire to one or more cylinders that is going bad (probably one near your turbo) due to exposure to heat. Also, if had your climate control on, maybe the A/C compressor is not disengaging properly and that would cause the lag you experience. Another possibility is bad ECU itself, but then you would be experiencing other issues as well. I also suggest you check the Volvo forums and see if anyone else has experienced a similar problem.

Has anyone used the MAM bottles? Need help! Severe acid reflux baby?

My son uses the MAM pacifiers, and was wondering if anyone has tried these bottles and what u may have thought of them? See my son uses the Dr. Brown bottles which r great, but he has severe acid reflux and it recently flared up very badly and now when he sees the sight of his bottle he arches his back and twists his head and fusses. He is on the medicine Prevacid and Zantac. He will only eat maybe 2 oz at a time. the last few days all he will drink is maybe 6-10 oz a day. I mean yes he eats lots of jarred food, but he needs his formula. I am just at my last rope and i dont know what to do anymore. AND when he does drink from the bottle he doesn't suck right, its weird he like just flicks it with his tongue, there is no suction. BUT with the pacifiers he has a hard suction. He does use the 6 month plus pacifiers. I seen online that they have a MAM bottle and the looked similar to the pacifiers. I was just wondering if anyone ever used the bottles and what they thought? He will be 6 months soon. Also he is on Similac Alimentum formula.

You will never know what they are thinking or why they have made the choices they made unless you summon up the courage to have a face to face and ask them. Don't waste your life thinking you know the reason they do or have done something and end up losing precious time you could have spent with them. Talk to them. Invite them to lunch, your treat and talk. Worse case scenario, they are monsters and you at least got to eat a good meal. Best case, you mend the fences before too late.

I have been having problems with my back for a year now and the doctors cant make sense of it. I work in banquets(parties like weddings) as a server for about three years. At that job you lift trays that can weigh anywhere from 30-60 lbs. over and over (reason why I stay it is the best that I have made so far) at the end of every shift my lower back hurts pretty bad and I feel it more when I cough or sneeze. and nothing takes the pain away even if I took 3 extra strength pain killers like ibuprofen, Tylenol, ect. Then I had an incident where I was shoved in my back and my body/back did a whiplash type of move but it was the most painfullest experience that I ever felt, ever step I took, every twist or any move would hurt crucialy. It took awhile to heal when it did it didnt heal all the way, so it seems. Im still having the normal low backpain when I lift at the end of my shift, but also from the injury I have pain on the side of the injured part low right side of my back that can go into my hip and down my leg but they mostly hurt at diffrent times not all at once( rotates daily). My doctor doesnt seem to be understanding and thought it was a damaged nerve. Got an MRI. No nerve damage but the nurse on the phone told me its a bulding. I go back to see the doctor and all he talks about that theres no nerve damage puts me therapy, and gave me 120 naproxen, which are not helping me at all. Im just trying to make sense of this there is pain and allot of it and my doctor says there shouldnt be pain. On top of that pain I have bursitis in my right sholder and endometreosis which hurts greatly. I dont know what to do Im in pain and dontunderstand why or what is happening?

It should run games pretty well. You should be able to OC the processor alright (if you wish). The GPU is pretty nice (I have the same one). You have plenty of memory. I'd definitely go with a better PSU in the future, but the one that you have noted should be OK. Unless you want to run the newest games on all high settings, you should be fine.

I am now 5days late for my period and tested bfn this morning? Nothing really out of the ordinary had bad heart burn about a week ago lasted a few days ( i never get heart burn) oh and it was only at night? yeah man, go ahead, i was at a local shop recently and found that same post for well over 90, its a good deal. that is if you are a good rider, carbon can warp and or shatter depending on its quality, as long as you aren't trying to beat the dirt jump record i would say your all good. also make sure you like the feel of the new seat post more than the old one, most bike shops should be able to refer it to you and will give you a general idea of what it feels like. last, carbon will add value and appeal to your bike.

will the nutritional value change? How long can i freeze them for without getting freezer burn and tasting gross?? And i was think i would just slice up some mangoes, bananas, and kiwis wash the mangoes and kiwis than throw them all in a plastic bag.. than the next day thaw them by just simply taking them out of the freezer for a couple hours till they are ready to be eaten... would this work?? Also, would it make a difference if i waited a month to thaw them and eat them rather than a day?? Will the longer i wait, will it loose its nutritional value more?

My gas fireplace pilot will light but when i switch to on it goes out any ideas?

1st make sure the manual gas valve in the incoming gas pipe is fully open [parallel to the pipe ]..if its only partially open it can cause this problem....also a dirty pilot flame that isnt heating up the "powerpile" well enough could cause this,,or a bad powerpile,but they dont fail that often......a couple other possibilities are.... it could be a bad coil on the main gas valve or a shorted wire to or from the switch....i'm uming that your unit works off of a pilot generator,sometimes called a powerpile...instead of the pilot heating a thermocouple like on a water heater or older furnace, it heats up a "powerpile" which generates about 500 millivolts,or 1/2 of a volt dc...that 1/2 volt keeps the pilot open,as well as opens the main valve when the wall switch is turned on [ closed]...to eliminate a problem with the wall switch or the wiring,you have to disconnect the wires at the valve that go up to the wall switch and install a piece of wire ,or a jumper wire with alligator clips,in their place,basically byping the switch and the wiring to and from the switch,its important to disconnect the switch wires,dont just byp them while they are connected..if you can get the main valve to come on and stay on by doing this then you have a grounded wire somewhere between the valve and the switch which kills the 1/2volt dc when the switch is turned on..look for the wires possibly rubbing against metal or getting pinched somewhere......if you go through with byping the switch and wires and the pilot goes out when you connect your jumper,then the main valve coil is bad and you have to replace the main gas valve,,but only if you know how....anyway,,sorry for writing a book on the subject...try the 1st things i mentioned 1st,,,,then the rest if you are comfortable with it..........dan

Can't remember a certain anime.?

I'm trying to remember an anime I watched in the mid-late 90's. I think it was about two sisters (or maybe friends). One of them falls in love with the bad guy, and he kills her. I think they were on a spaceship. The bad guy had white hair if I remember correctly and I think I remember him wearing a cape. And I think he used some sort of magic or something like the force. When he killed the girl all he had to do was point his fingers or something like that, and he killed her from a ways away. I think he was sad he had to kill her too. And she dies in her friendss/sister's arm. It was all very dramatic. I hope somebody out there remembers something. I've been dying to see if I still think it's good.
