Accounts payable and report generation?

Please help me. I have an interview 2moro. I dont know a thing about Accounts payable. Please guide. they r asking for a year's experience. I dont have any. I sent my resume anyway and I was contacted. please help me prepare for my interview. I will also need to generate reports. how do i do that? please help thanks
