Could someone translate this into Spanish for me?

From 1428 until the Spanish conquest, the Aztecs were the dominant civilization in central Mexico. They created some of the first forms of currency such as cacao beans and lengths of cloth. Nahuatl, the language of the Aztecs, was the dominant language of Mexico during their reign. Many examples of their artistic styles are still around today, including huge elaborate monuments created for their gods.
