Dash lights/Lights behind AC not working on 2003 Tahoe?

The lights typically turn on with the automatic headlights. Even turning the headlights on manually -- these lights do not come on. I am referring to the lights behind the cluster that illuminate when the headlights are on. The lights behind the AC unit are not illuminating either. Other lights on the cluster, such as the Seat Belt/Brights indicator are working properly. The 2WD/4WD LED indicator is not working. My tail lights are working fine -- which leads me to believe that it is not a fuse, since I have heard that these are on the same circuit. I can not find a fuse description that would address my problem. Does anyone have any idea what could be happening? Thanks!
