Would these speakers and this amp work together well?

I would strongly advise against buying a boss amp...you are likely to get poor performance and functionality problems (amp shuts off, overheats, quits working completely...). Get a known brand (but not sony)...pick up something made by rockford, kicker, or mtx. You would want an amp that is around 400W RMSx1@2ohms.
