LADIES WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED MENOPAUSE or know someone who has gone through it... please help!?

So my mom has been acting extremely psycho lately. Last night she got into a big fit about something went to her room. I was in my room studying and when my dad went to talk to her all i could hear was screaming and yelling i left my room to see what was going on and my dad came out of their room saying dont go near that ******* idiot. She heard him chased him down the stairs screaming at him saying what did you just call me to your ******* daughter. They argued... then she had episodes of extreme high pitched screaming. Out of no where. She grabbed a gl of water and some pills and as She was going up the stairs and shes like did you hear what your father called me and pushed me really hard and i looked at her and said dont push me. She looked at me through the gl of water at me and my father chased her up the stairs. She locked herself in her room my father knocked down the door got his stuff and left... is she going through menopause? What do i do now? HELP!
