Would this computer run sims 3 greatly?

I am buying a refurbished computer from pc world on saturday and the design is ADVENT SE2102, 2.7GHz, RAM= 4GB and it has a PCI-E slot, OH and my graphics card is an ATI RADEON HD 3650 and i dont want to buy this computer which doesn't let me play. I have check the system requirements on Sims 3 site but i want someone opinion.
