How do I let someone take over payments on my truck?

My brother wants to take over payments on my truck. He has had the same job now for 3 years and makes real good money, but his credit is messed up from 3 years ago when he let a car go back, he had a co-signer on that car. I was wondering if there is any chance he would be able to take over the payments because I cant make them any longer?
