I have a legal question?

I was wondering what I am looking at as far as jail time for a DUI with serious bodily injury. The injuries were moderate. I realize what I did was wrong, and it will never happen again. I have only one minimal charge on my record. Please reserve the criticisms. I have lost 20 pounds since the accident, and am extremely remorseful. It was a single vehicle accident.
