Will this set up run games ok?

It should run games pretty well. You should be able to OC the processor alright (if you wish). The GPU is pretty nice (I have the same one). You have plenty of memory. I'd definitely go with a better PSU in the future, but the one that you have noted should be OK. Unless you want to run the newest games on all high settings, you should be fine.
